So we decide to invite you to try out our product in your practice for a full 14 days at no risk.
If you are not satisfied with our product or you want a different pair with different working
distance or power, simply return it. We will refund your full purchase price**; or exchange for
another pair at our cost, no questions asked and on restocking fee applies. All you need to do
is email customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Our 14 day trial period starts when you receive our products and applies to all purchases
with us, regardless of country or destination

In the unlikely event that a problem arises as a result of a defect in the materials or Please note:
workmanship of any parts within the warranty period, we will promptly repair the defect at our
expense (or replace it if it cannot be repaired). Contact us to obtain an Return Authorization
Number and ship the item to us.
To receive full refund, returned merchandise and storage case must be in like new, resalable condition. If the storage
case is damaged, a $50 restocking fee will apply. If the Loupes are damaged, no refund will be given.
The return and exchanged item must be post marked within 14 days after receiving the product. We do not
accept any return or exchange item shipped after 14 day period, and all RMA number will expire if the item is not
shipped before 14 day period.
*Custom orders such as prescription orders and TTL orders are not refundable, however they will be exchanged or
repaired at our cost if they are defective in any way.
However, If a custom order needs to be fixed due to inaccurate prescription or PD measurement, there will be
a 50% replacement fee for every correction needed.
